The São Domingos farm is a family-owned coffee-producing property located in Monsenhor Paulo, in the South of Minas region of Brazil. Positioned at an elevation of 980 meters, the farm covers a total area of 12 hectares, with 8.5 hectares dedicated to coffee cultivation. The primary varietals grown include Arara, Paraiso 2, Graúna, Acaiá, and Mundo Novo.

The current operations are overseen by Giovana Benassi, who represents the latest generation in a family tradition of coffee production. The farm is managed collaboratively by family members, including Benassi’s father, mother, and spouse. Together, they maintain a focus on producing high-quality coffee through sustainable agricultural practices.

Production methods at the farm emphasize environmental responsibility and include integrated pest management, the use of an integration system, and the application of organomineral fertilizers. Additional initiatives include the conservation and protection of natural springs, the utilization of renewable energy, and efforts to preserve local wildlife.
